Job summary

Experis is seeking a Trading Floor Support Analyst in New York, onsite, to maintain seamless trading floor operations. You will provide hardware and software support, configure and deploy devices, and troubleshoot VDI, patching, encryption, and antivirus tools.

Join a high-profile financial environment, document requests via ticketing systems, and assist with backups and reimaging to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

Trading floor experience required.
Bloomberg Terminal proficiency and MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Outlook, Windows OS.
Experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems.
Strong customer service and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide hardware and software support to trading floor users, ensuring seamless operations.
Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements.
Support and troubleshoot VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies.
Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to document and resolve service requests efficiently.
Assist with data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and onsite to maintain optimal system performance.
