Job summary

System One is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite support on the trading floor in Washington, DC. You will be the first point of contact for traders and VIP users, resolving desktop, device, app, print and network issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Actual experience with trading floor operations support (IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, IT Technician).
• Experience with Bloomberg, Intex or similar market apps.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune or similar, Zscaler, ServiceNow, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Trading floor operations support on the trading floor.
• Support Windows desktops and laptops, Bloomberg, Intex or similar market apps, Microsoft 365 and Office apps.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and browsers.
• Troubleshoot end user network issues and Zscaler client problems.
• Manage devices with SCCM, Intune or similar tools.
• Escalate to network, infrastructure and app teams when needed.
• Cover alternate shifts and planned or urgent weekend work.
