Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Trading Floor Support Engineer in Houston, TX to join the Technology Support Department.

The role focuses on hardware/software support for trading floor operations, including deploying hardware upgrades and maintaining critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a professional support role, with Bloomberg systems proficiency, Cisco technology knowledge, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting trading floor environments and Bloomberg systems.
• 3-5 years in software/hardware support in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Cisco technology, server management, and MS Office applications (MS Teams, Outlook).
• Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop management, incident/request management, and data backup/recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for trading floor operations and infrastructure.
• Configure, install, and test hardware components, including deployments and upgrades.
• Manage and troubleshoot end-user devices (PCs, laptops, virtual desktops) onsite and remotely.
• Support and maintain infrastructure apps such as VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.
• Use ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve support requests efficiently.
