Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• Minimum 5 years desktop or infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Exchange, AD.
• Familiar with trading floor IT support; knowledge of market data feeds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective on-floor IT support to minimize impact; 1st level troubleshooting for Windows, network, and applications.
• Act as local site focal point and mentor new staff.
• Collaborate with Trading IT, IT Service Desk, and partners on issue resolution.
• Ensure security, compliance, and policy adherence in IT operations.
• Support regional and global initiatives and participate in rollouts and BC tests.
