Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, endpoint management, and device deployment.
1–2 years' on-site technical support experience in the financial services sector.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

On-site technical support: primary contact for the client, providing on-site support for all options trading technology systems.
System monitoring and maintenance of internal systems; perform software updates and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate to internal teams as needed.
Incident management and adherence to SLAs; document incidents and resolutions.
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders; act as a technical advisor.
Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Conduct training sessions for client staff and share best practices.
