Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. ищет менеджера по работе с клиентами для координации и надзора за выставкой на местах, включая подготовку и завершение проекта. Роль требует взаимодействия с клиентами, поставщиками и внутренними командами, а также управление бюджетами и KPI.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• (2) years of experience in tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing, including information gathering and managing customer expectations.
• Manage floor plan development, work orders, service kits, and collaboration with internal departments.
• Oversee show setup and teardown and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
• Serve as liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel, and vendors.
• Ensure events are produced within budget guidelines and provide forecasting and cost management.
• Contribute to Show Planning processes for assigned shows.
• Monitor KPIs and understand pricing models/estimation.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
