Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues, reporting to the Associate Director/Director of Client Services.

Responsibilities include managing shows from planning to invoicing, collaborating with clients, overseeing floor plans and service kits, and ensuring timely invoicing and collection while maintaining budgets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years in tradeshow/convention/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing, including collaborating with clients and managing expectations.
• Oversee floor plans, write work orders, and distribute service kits.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders with internal departments; supervise setup and teardown at shows.
• Generate show invoices and follow up on collections.
