Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision across diverse accounts. The role reports to senior leadership and involves cross-department collaboration to deliver successful events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential Travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shows from planning through invoicing, including floor plan management and service kit distribution.
• Act as liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel and vendors.
• Ensure events are produced within budget guidelines with forecasting and fiscal responsibility.
• Contribute to Show Planning process on assigned shows and manage KPIs.
• Understand pricing models/estimation and GES products and services.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
