Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and supervise on-site operations across accounts.

You will manage shows from planning to invoicing, collaborate with clients, oversee budgeting, and drive KPIs while serving as a liaison among exhibitors, staff, and vendors. This role requires travel and energy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years in tradeshow, convention, hospitality or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shows from planning through invoicing, including: gathering information, influencing decisions and managing customer expectations; floor plan management; writing work orders; overseeing service kits; coordinating with internal departments to complete work orders; supervising setup and teardown; generating invoices and following up on collections.
• Act as liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel, internal clients and vendors and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure events are produced within established budgets with forecast and fiscal responsibility.
• Fulfill Show Planning responsibilities as required on assigned shows.
• Manage to provided Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop a basic understanding of pricing models/estimation.
• Understand GES and onPeak products and services.
• Adhere to all Business Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
