Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and supervise on-site operations. The role reports to the Associate/Director of Client Services and involves managing shows from planning to invoicing with tight collaboration across clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Travel 25-50% may be required.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing, including collaboration with clients and managing expectations.
• Oversee floor plan management and service kit production/approval/distribution.
• Liaise with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel, and vendors to build relationships.
• Ensure events are produced within budget; forecast and manage finances.
• Support Show Planning processes on assigned shows and monitor KPIs.
• Understand pricing models and GES products/services; adhere to SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
