Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues. The role reports to the Associate Director/Director of Client Services.

You will manage shows from planning through invoicing, collaborate with clients, oversee service kits, budget adherence, and liaison with vendors and staff. Travel up to 25-50% is expected during events.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the tradeshow/convention/hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities.
• Must work under pressure; may involve nights, weekends and showsite.
• Long hours during peak event months.

Responsibilities

• Manage shows from planning through collection of invoices.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Oversee creation, approval and distribution of service kits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete work orders.
• Oversee set-up and tear down of shows.
• Generate show management invoices and follow up for collection.
• Liaise with show management, exhibitors, facility staff and vendors.
• Ensure events are produced within budget guidelines.
• Participate in Show Planning process for assigned shows.
• Monitor KPIs and understand pricing models/estimations.
• Familiar with GES and onPeak products and services.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
