Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues for a variety of accounts. You will manage shows from planning through invoicing, collaborate with clients, and oversee service kits and floor plans.

You will work with internal teams to ensure events stay within budget, travel up to 50% as needed, and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and vendors while delivering high-quality shows.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in the tradeshow/convention/hospitality industry or similar preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential Travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing, including client information gathering, floor plan management, and writing work orders.
• Oversee creation, approval and distribution of service kits; ensure work orders are completed by internal teams.
• Supervise show setup and teardown; manage show management invoices and follow up on collections.
