Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision for multiple accounts.

You’ll lead planning, floor plans, work orders, service kits and invoicing while partnering with clients to meet expectations. You will collaborate with show management, exhibitors, facility staff and vendors, manage budgets and forecasts, travel up to 50%, and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential Travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage shows from planning through invoicing and collection.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Oversee floor plan management and service kit distribution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete work orders.
• Oversee setup and teardown of shows.
• Generate show management invoices and follow up on collections.
• Liaise with show management, exhibitors, facility staff and vendors.
• Ensure events are produced within budget guidelines.
• Forecast and manage event budgets.
