Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision across multiple accounts.

The role reports to the Associate Director/Director of Client Services and requires collaboration with clients, strong budget awareness, and travel to show sites. The position involves managing shows from planning through invoicing, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring events meet quality and financial targets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• (2) years' experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues.
• Act as a liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel and vendors to build relationships.
• Ensure events are produced within budget guidelines.
• Budget and fiscal responsibility on assigned events including forecasting.
• Fulfill Show Planning process on assigned shows.
• Provide Key Performance Indicators for events.
• Understand pricing models/estimation and product/services offerings.
• Adhere to all business SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
