Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage shows end-to-end, from planning through invoicing. You will collaborate with clients, coordinate service kits, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time completion of work orders.

Expect budget oversight, forecasting, and KPI tracking for assigned events. Travel up to 50% is required; the role offers opportunities for bonuses or incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in tradeshow, convention or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement new or modified processes.
• Proficient in managing multiple systems.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage shows from planning through invoice collection.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Oversee creation, approval and distribution of service kits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete work orders.
• Oversee setup and teardown of shows.
• Generate and follow up on show management invoices.
