Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and supervise on-site operations across multiple accounts. You will report to the Associate/Director of Client Services and manage end-to-end show logistics, budgets, and billing.

The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams, with travel up to 50% and potential night/weekend shifts to support events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Potential Travel 25-50%.
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage shows from planning through invoicing, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Oversee floor plan management and service kit distribution.
• Write work orders and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee show setup and teardown procedures.
• Generate show management invoices and follow up on payments.
• Liaise with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, and vendors.
• Ensure events stay within budget and forecast accurately.
• Provide KPIs and basic pricing/estimation understanding.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
