Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including international portfolios and TTAB proceedings.
• Support trademark litigation, domain-name disputes under the UDRP, and anticounterfeiting enforcement.
• Draft and respond to demand letters; provide litigation support and copyright registration work.
