Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Associate with three to seven years of experience preferred. The role involves handling a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings and licensing work, across domestic and international portfolios.

Active bar licensure in the applicable state is required or a plan to obtain one promptly. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets team and may work from Nashville

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred in trademark/copyright law.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office applying or the commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
• Experience in trademark litigation/TTAB and related matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.
• Work on TTAB proceedings, domain name disputes under UDRP, anticounterfeiting enforcement, and licensing/technology agreements.
• Provide litigation support, drafting and responding to demand letters, and copyright registrations.
