Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an experienced Trademark/Copyright Associate to join our team. The role focuses on trademark and copyright matters with TTAB engagement, UDRP disputes, and international portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of relevant experience and an active state bar license. You will work mainly with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit and may join any of our offices, including the virtual office, The Link.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.
• TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding to the office being applied to or commitment to obtain one.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters.
• Manage large domestic and international portfolios.
• Represent in TTAB proceedings and UDRP disputes.
• Engage in anticounterfeiting enforcement and related litigation support.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and license/tech agreement work.
