Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings.
• Strong drafting and strategic counseling skills across IP portfolios.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle broad range of trademark and copyright matters for domestic and international portfolios.
• Assist with TTAB proceedings, licensing, and technology agreement work.
• Provide litigation support and respond to demand letters as needed.
