• Active bar license in the state where the office is located or a firm plan to obtain one.
• Nashville office preferred, but candidates for any US office including the virtual office will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including domestic and international portfolios.
• Manage TTAB proceedings and related litigation support.
• Oversee domain-name disputes under the UDRP and anti-counterfeiting enforcement.
• Draft and respond to demand letters; assist with licensing and technology agreements.
