Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred in trademark/copyright litigation.
• Experience with TTAB, copyright matters, and licensing/tech work is a plus.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or ability to obtain one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including portfolios and TTAB proceedings.
• Drafting and responding to demand letters, litigation support, and licensing work.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
