Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred in trademark/copyright litigation.
• Trademark litigation/TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including domestic and international portfolios.
• Manage TTAB proceedings and related disputes.
• Oversee domain name disputes under the UDRP and anticounterfeiting enforcement.
