Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Trademark/Copyright Associate with three to seven years of experience, ideally in trademark litigation and TTAB matters. The role will primarily support our Financial Services & Capital Markets unit across multiple offices, including our Nashville or virtual locations.

The candidate will handle a broad array of trademark and copyright matters, demand letters, licensing work, and international portfolio management while delivering strategic counsel under tight

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred in trademark/copyright.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commit to obtain one promptly.
• Experience with TTAB proceedings and international trademark portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings and domain name disputes.
• Assist with litigation support, preparation of demand letters, and licensing/technology agreement work.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit and manage multiple projects under pressure.
