Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Associate with three to seven years of experience. The role focuses on trademark and copyright matters, TTAB proceedings, and international portfolios, with work spanning licensing, domain disputes, and litigation support.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, J.D. credentials, and a bar license in the applicable state, with a preference for Nashville but openness to other offices and the firm’s virtual office.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience in trademark/copyright law.
• Active state bar license or ability to obtain one promptly.
• TTAB experience
• Experience with TTAB proceedings, licensing and technology agreements

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.
• Work on TTAB proceedings and related disputes.
• Manage domain name disputes under the UDRP.
• Draft and respond to demand letters; provide litigation support and registrations.
• Assist with trademark and copyright licensing and technology agreement work.
