Job summary

Pella TN, LLC, an independently owned Pella branch serving Middle Tennessee, seeks a Trade Sales Manager to lead our growing trade sales team and support builders, contractors, remodelers, and trade pros across the region.

The role blends relationship-driven B2B sales with construction industry knowledge. You’ll drive pricing accuracy, coach staff, and help shape segmentation and marketing initiatives to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 3–5 years sales or customer service management or general business experience required.
• Experience supervising employees and developing processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to evaluate performance and anticipate needs of the sales team and the market.
• Direct others with pricing, order entry, and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Partner with report sales reps to call on existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and sales process through training and coaching.
• Assist with segmentation strategy, trade marketing initiatives, and events.
• Communicate market or competitive information to the organization.
• Assign and direct work, appraise performance, and deliver feedback to direct reports.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve customer, employee, or process issues.
• Develop annual budget and manage area revenue; handle returns and allowances.
• Create and enforce sales processes to drive results and continuous improvement.
