Job summary

PistonPay is hiring an SDR to own outbound trade fleets in Lehi, Utah. You’ll build pipelines, sharpen messaging, and work with founders and AEs to drive discovery calls and appointments. This on-site role emphasizes daily outbound cadence and learning from a hands-on team.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, use Salesforce/Outreach, and contribute to the outbound playbook while earning meaningful equity and comprehensive benefits as part of an early-stage fintech payments company.

Qualifications

• Must have: desire for long-term sales career; launchpad role, not stopgap.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive on high-volume outbound cadence (100+ dials/day) and work cross-functionally with marketing, AEs, and leadership.
• Coachable, competitive, energized by building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into trade fleet target accounts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, 100+ dials/day.
• Qualify inbound leads against ICP and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging tests, and ICP refinement.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce and Outreach records; contribute to outbound playbook.
