Job summary

PistonPay by Piston Technologies Inc. is hiring an SDR to own outbound outreach for fleet-focused customers in Lehi, Utah. This on-site role requires dialing aggressively (100+ calls/day), emailing, and LinkedIn outreach while qualifying inbound leads for Account Executives.

You will partner with marketing to test messages, refine the ICP, and help scale the outbound playbook. This is a hands-on launchpad with meaningful equity and full tech-stack support.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy building a scalable outbound motion in a startup environment.
• Proven ability to qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls.
• Comfort with a high-velocity sales process and data-driven iteration.
• Willingness to collaborate with marketing, AEs, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into trade fleet target accounts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn with a high-volume outbound cadence.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert conversations into discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging tests, and ICP refinement.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach and contribute to outbound playbooks.
