Job summary

PistonPay in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting across the contractor network. You’ll be the first touch, qualifying inbound interest and booking discovery calls for Account Executives, with a builder's mindset and a focus on long-term pipeline growth.

You’ll work with Marketing and Sales Leadership, using Salesforce and Outreach to manage activity, develop messaging, and refine ICPs.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a long-term career in sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Thrive on a high-volume outbound cadence (100+ dials/day).
• Coachable, competitive, and energized by building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prospect across the Ground contractor network with a disciplined outbound cadence.
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Build network-level relationships and referral pathways.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and ICP refinement.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Travel occasionally (1–3 week sprints).
