Job summary

PistonPay is hiring an SDR focused on over-the-road trucking fleets to own initial conversations and build a scalable outbound motion. You will prospect, qualify, and book discovery calls for Account Executives, shaping the outbound playbook with sales leadership.

You will work with Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and G-Suite, maintaining pipeline and contributing to market strategies. This on-site role in Lehi targets ambitious individuals ready to grow with a Series A payments company.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales.
• Ability to thrive on a high-volume outbound cadence (100+ dials/day).
• Coachable, competitive, and energized by building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into OTR fleet target accounts with 100+ calls per day.
• Qualify inbound leads and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and ICP refinement.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Travel occasionally (1–3 week sprints) to support market pushes.
