Job summary

InfraServices is hiring a Tower Technician I to assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless towers and related infrastructure. You will climb towers up to 500 feet, follow strict safety guidelines, and work under experienced foremen to develop the skills needed for advancement.

The role requires travel to job sites, lifting tools and equipment, and completing timecards and safety checklists. A high school diploma plus OSHA/First Aid certifications are expected, with a strong safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related trade school education.
• Experience in construction, climbing, or outdoor labor.
• Ability to climb and work at heights safely and comfortably.
• Certifications: Authorized/Competent Climber, OSHA 10 Construction, First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communication towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of antennas, radios, and transmission lines.
• Assist assembly of monopoles, self‑support, and guyed towers.
• Use hand and power tools and follow safety practices.
