Job summary

Tower Communications Expert seeks Tower Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless telecom equipment at multiple sites, with climbing, safety, and documentation duties across TT I–III levels. You will contribute to quality, efficiency, and team mentorship while following standard procedures and site safety guidelines.

The role requires travel, valid driver’s license, and certifications (RF awareness, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10); work at heights (up to 500 feet) and variable shifts

Qualifications

• RF awareness, CPR/First Aid, and OSHA 10 certifications required.
• Must be able to climb towers and work at heights and in all weather.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and participate in safety drills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site builds, installations, and maintenance of wireless telecom equipment.
• Perform waterproofing, grounding, and cable support tasks.
• Follow safety protocols, handle materials, and assist with documentation.
