Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead the erection, construction and maintenance of communication towers. You will supervise the tower crew on site and assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager while ensuring OSHA compliance and company safety procedures.

This safety-sensitive, full-time role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, readiness to travel 50–90% of the time, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years' tower climbing/rigging experience.
• Ability to read drawings and piping diagrams.
• Safety trainings including OSHA 10/30 and RF awareness.
• Willingness to travel 50–90% and obtain CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of all tower activities, day and night.
• Coach and develop crew; lead safety meetings and set expectations.
• Ensure safe, quality installations of masts, antennas, cabling, and mounts.
• Perform grounding, terminations, and bolt/tightening procedures.
• Coordinate site prep, closeout, and documentation.
