Job summary

Ontivity in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced foreman to lead a tower construction crew. You will plan and supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence across all site tasks.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, overseeing ground work, coordinating equipment, and maintaining tools and vehicles. Travel to external sites and weekend work may be required; OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR and CDL qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT physical certification.
• CDL Class A certification a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification is desirable.
• First Aid/CPR certification is desirable.
• Experience in tower site construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work to efficiently utilize crew members and equipment.
• Oversee crew activities, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
• Assist on overall job including ground work, site install, and safe operations.
• Read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, job specs, mounting specs, and testing procedures.
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and ensure PPE inspections are conducted.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and trailers in good condition.
• Travel to external sites; weekends and long hours may be required.
