Job summary

Ontivity in Missouri seeks a Lead Tower Hand to oversee erection, maintenance, and safety for telecom tower sites. You will support Foreman/Construction Manager and supervise tower crew, ensuring OSHA compliance and quality installations.

The role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, extensive travel (50–90%), and hands-on leadership with rigging and cabling tasks. A CDL is a plus, with safety certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; safety-focused training preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 or higher; rigging and fall protection knowledge.
• Three years’ experience climbing towers and rigging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower work ensuring safe, quality installations and proper rigging.
• Supervise crew, document work, and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with site setup, equipment maintenance, and travel as required.
• Mentor junior crew in safety and operational procedures.
