Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Civil Crew Foreman to supervise a ground crew across tower construction projects. You will oversee safety, coordinate activities, and ensure on-time completion per scope.

Travel is extensive, up to 80–100%. Requires GED, 3–5 years tower experience, ability to read drawings, operate backhoe and forklift, and lead a team. CMS benefits include health, 401(k), disability insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Related trade school education preferred.
• 3–5 years experience on a tower construction crew.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of all construction activities per scope of work.
• Coach, mentor, and develop crew members to improve performance.
• Maintain project timeline as directed by Construction/Project Manager.
• Complete daily field reports and site safety analyses.
• Coordinate scheduling and permit inspections as needed.
• Ensure site crew quality, timeliness, accuracy, and safety compliance.
