As a full-time role in Easton, PA, you will oversee daily center activities, lead staff, maintain logs, and coordinate program tasks while ensuring reliable service to travelers.

Qualifications

• One year as a Tourist Information Counselor or two years of public contact experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Preferred Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a PennDOT Welcome Center and ensure visitors receive accurate, friendly information.
• Lead staff, develop work plans, schedule training, and guide workplace expectations.
• Represent Pennsylvania tourism at meetings and events and share updated information with guests.
• Maintain daily logs, coordinate with internal teams, and report operations updates.
