Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Touring Project Manager to support the successful execution of tours and live events by coordinating logistics, planning, and cross-functional communication. You will work as a key operational partner to Touring Managers, managing timelines, resources, and documentation to ensure on-time, compliant event delivery.

You will maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and internal teams while identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–4 years in PM, event ops, concert promotion, or live entertainment roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, events, or tours.
• Strong knowledge of live event operations and touring logistics.
• Experience with show advancing, settlements, and operations planning.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live entertainment engagements.
• Coordinate tour logistics, schedules, timelines, travel arrangements, and operational deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
• Support show advancing activities, including venue coordination and production needs.
• Assist with settlements, event reconciliation, and documentation.
• Act as primary contact for venues, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain regular communication with artists, managers, promoters, venues, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, or challenges.
• Prioritize demands and propose solutions for successful event execution.
• Coordinate internal follow-up across Booking, Touring, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Support expense tracking and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and rider/Venue requirements.
• Escalate issues to Touring Managers and leadership when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Represent the company professionally during events and travel.
