Job summary

AEG seeks a Director Touring to oversee multiple tours from a promoter's perspective, guiding strategic planning and logistics. You will develop financial models and prepare offers for theaters, arenas, and stadiums at a directorial level.

You will negotiate venue deals, coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams, and drive the global expansion of AEG’s touring footprint while managing overall tour settlements and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 4-year education.
• Experience in touring music business, domestic and international.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, venues, and colleagues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of multiple tours from promoter's perspective.
• Lead touring department, develop and evaluate financial models, prepare tour offers for venues.
• Negotiate venue deals for theaters, arenas, and stadiums; maintain client communications.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, ticketing, production and legal departments.
