Job summary

AEG Presents in Chicago seeks a Touring Project Manager to coordinate logistics, budgets, and cross-functional communications for tours and live events. This role partners with Touring Managers, venues, artists, and internal teams to deliver shows on time, within scope, and to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–4 years in project management or live entertainment roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of live event operations and touring logistics.
• Experience with show advancing, settlements, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live entertainment engagements.
• Coordinate tour logistics, schedules, timelines, travel arrangements, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones and budgets are met.
• Assist with show advancing, venue coordination, artist requirements, and production planning.
• Support event settlements, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for venues, vendors, and internal teams.
