Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled project manager to drive global touring initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to set milestones, roadmaps, and timely delivery. You will coordinate cross-divisional efforts, manage tour administration, and support executives in delivering complex tours worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 2+ years experience in the live music business and live events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Work well in a team environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
• Strong computer skills: Word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Concur.
• Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage administration for tours of all sizes.
• Gather and manage calendar avails and holds.
• Create and complete tour routings.
• Work on global tours.
• Collaborate across diverse personalities, cultures, and global backgrounds.
• Liaise with artists/agents/managers and industry participants.
• Create and oversee tour files (confirmations, contacts, offers, trackers).
• Review artist contracts per company guidelines.
• Work with tour finance on reporting needs and weekly artist payments.
• Create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
