Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings for Titleist golf balls, conducting in-person and virtual sessions with launch monitors and performance analysis to tailor recommendations and drive sales.

You will plan events, coordinate with sales teams and account partners, and educate PGA Professionals on fitting best practices while mentoring ambassadors and interns to elevate the overall experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
• 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs multiple times per day.
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain fitting concepts clearly to golfers of all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases and golf fitting technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tour-caliber fitting experiences for Titleist golf balls, in-person and virtual fittings.
• Plan and execute fitting events, coordinating logistics with sales reps and account partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Foster strong consumer relationships throughout the fitting journey.
• Support development of Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialist Interns through training and mentorship.
