Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings in a designated regional market. You will conduct in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist methodology, launch monitors, and performance analysis to tailor product recommendations and grow sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch setting.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver tour-caliber fittings to maximize performance for a regional market.
Conduct in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist methodology and launch monitor tech.
Plan and execute fitting events; coordinate logistics with sales reps and partners.
Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices; mentor interns.
