Job summary

Acushnet Company (Titleist/FootJoy) seeks an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings and personalized recommendations using Titleist methodology and launch-monitor technology.

You will plan events, educate PGA Professionals, and travel extensively to support regional markets, driving consumer engagement and sports performance. Bachelor's degree required; PGA Class A certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year club fitting experience in a high-touch environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand outdoors for long periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex fitting and product information for golfers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tour-caliber fittings using Titleist methodology and launch monitors.
• Conduct in-person and virtual fittings and provide personalized recommendations.
• Plan and execute fitting events and coordinate with sales partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Mentor Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and interns.
