Job summary

Acushnet Company in Texas seeks an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings and drive sales of Titleist golf balls. You will conduct in-person and virtual fittings, plan events, and educate PGA Professionals on fitting best practices while building strong consumer relationships throughout the fitting journey.

The role supports development of Titleist ambassadors and interns, promoting leadership in golf ball performance and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong golf equipment knowledge.
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. multiple times per day.
Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex fitting and product information for golfers of all skill levels.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, internet-based tools, launch monitors, and golf fitting technology.
Strong understanding of golf equipment, ball fitting, and golf swing analysis.
Strong time management, organization, and event planning skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively.
Valid U.S. driver’s license required for business travel and event support #LI-SB1

Responsibilities

Delivers a tour-caliber fitting experience to maximize performance through Titleist golf ball.
Conducts in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist methodology, launch monitor technology, and performance analysis.
Plans and executes fitting events and coordinates logistics with sales reps and account partners.
Educates PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
Mentors Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialist Interns to elevate fitting experiences.
