Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver a tour-caliber fitting experience and maximize performance for golfers using Titleist products. You will conduct in-person and virtual fittings, guide recommendations, and drive sales.

You will plan fitting events, train ambassadors, and coordinate with account partners while traveling extensively to support regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PGA Class A certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of club fitting or equivalent golf equipment knowledge in a high-touch environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand outdoors 8+ hours daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tour-caliber golf ball fitting and personalized product recommendations.
• Plan and execute fitting events and coordinate logistics with sales reps and accounts.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting practices.
• Mentor Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialists.
