Job summary
Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings and personalized Titleist recommendations. You will work regionally, conducting in-person and virtual fittings with launch monitors and fitting methodology, while coordinating events and coordinating with account partners to drive sales.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of club fitting or relevant customer service experience, and the ability to travel extensively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of club fitting or high-touch customer service experience with golf Equipment knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand outdoors 8+ hours daily.
- Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and golf fitting tech.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tour-caliber golf ball fittings using Titleist methodology and launch monitor tech.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and drive sales.
- Plan and execute fitting events and coordinate logistics with sales reps and partners.
- Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
- Mentor Titleist ambassadors and interns to elevate fitting experiences.
