Acushnet Company seeks an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings and personalized product recommendations using Titleist methodology and launch monitor technology. You will train staff, coordinate fittings and events, and build strong golfer relationships in a designated regional market.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of club fitting experience, travel up to 150 overnights annually, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex fitting and product information for golfers of all skill levels.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, internet-based tools, launch monitors, and golf fitting technology.
• Strong understanding of golf equipment, ball fitting, and golf swing analysis.
• Strong time management, organization, and event planning skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a tour-caliber golf ball fitting experience using Titleist fitting methodology.
• Conduct in-person and virtual fittings for a designated regional market.
• Plan and execute fitting events; coordinate logistics with sales reps and account partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Develop Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialist Interns through training and mentorship.
