Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver tour-caliber fittings that maximize golfers' performance with Titleist balls. You will conduct in-person and virtual fittings, using Titleist methodology, launch monitors, and performance analysis to tailor recommendations and grow sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong golf equipment knowledge.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a tour-caliber fitting experience using Titleist methodology and launch monitor tech.
• Conduct in-person and virtual fittings to provide personalized product recommendations and drive sales.
• Plan and execute fitting events, coordinating logistics with sales reps and account partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Support development of Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialists through training and mentorship.
