Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist to deliver a tour-caliber fitting experience for Titleist golf balls. You will conduct in-person and virtual fittings, using fitting methodology, launch monitors, and performance analysis to tailor product recommendations and boost sales.

The role involves planning events, coordinating with partners, and mentoring interns while building strong relationships with PGA Professionals and consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PGA Class A certification preferred.
• 1 year club fitting experience in a high-touch setting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs daily.
• Ability to stand outdoors 8+ hours daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment and swing analysis.

Responsabilités

• Deliver tour-caliber golf ball fittings using Titleist methodology and launch monitor technology.
• Plan and execute fitting events, coordinating with sales reps and account partners.
• Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
• Foster strong consumer relationships throughout the fitting journey.
• Support development of Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialists Interns through training.
